When you open the race in dropbox - in the top right corner - hit download. When it is downloaded you get a really clear picture/video.
Some vids in dropbox are really clear to start with and some are not.

I use Audacity free software to record with.
What I do when I'm ready to record - I hit the record button and then drop the Audacity window. Then when I press play on the video - at the same time I make a click sound to signify where the vid footage start.
I then call the race. I then trim off the end of the recording of my comms (the dead air), then I go to the start of the recording and on the "wave length visual" (for want of a better description) I can see where I made the click sound and I delete all audio recording from the very start up to the click sound.
Then I save the audio recording to a folder on my desktop and then later I send the files to Gray.

Mike may have an easier way to do it.

Let's all get on board and over the next couple of days we'll work out what races we will call - probably just as easy to work that all out in here for now.

The only other hard thing....and this is probably the hardest of the lot and that is keeping our cake holes quiet over the weekend until the races are uploaded for all to see lol
