all winners of MM races this season progress straight to final which will be on Saturday of week 17 the final week of season

next week..week 16 is Semi-Final week

where all horses that finished 2nd to 5th in any MM race this season qualify for semi-final so you need to enter asap ..the races will be put up shortly as soon as we can get around to setting them up

the special 3m prize ...1st pick out of the hat for all entrants that will not qualify for semi's etc...
will go into a draw where the 1st one out wins a prize of 3m
will be drawn in a day or so

is there two finals at different distances or what paul??

I am happy for the final to be run as part of the Week 17 schedule or completely separately like a post season event. Whatever Paul would prefer.

I think Matt if you have 2 horses you can put 1 in each semi

Thats what I thought Mike, but this from Paul was the confusing bit, because I have qualified for the semi's, but I was still in the draw

virtually all the stables from the SF were in the draw...

only the lucky 3 that got a chance in the semi

were taken out as they now had a chance at big PM

which is a small price to pay for the chance of winning the MM Final

not as if you can do anything with the money is it..lol

thats why i give mine away ..over 500m so far in sponsorship etc.

might as well do a little good with it...its why Philantropists exist in RL

if you have 2 horses or more in the SF then one in each race only...
you will be compensated for any horse not entered (250k)

but you are allowed 2 horses in the Final which is a 1st for SOPL
if you have 3 or more then you will be compensated as above for any non-runner..

hopefully this will not arise but if it does any return is better than none
you can always fall at the 1st fence which is a sickener or even worse at the last when leading or in contention...

250k should soften the blow a little but you will still have entries in the race so things aint that bad
