Post Handicap ratings
For some reason Tom is not displaying the correct handicap mark for eligible horses. However the noms for the race shows the correct handicap mark for an entered horse.

If your horse is above the handicap mark you will need to remove it else it will be scratched.

I don't have time to fix this right now so you will just have to check your entries for this week.

It looks like all other rules are working fine but let me know if you spot any issues

What are the rules regarding weight penalties for winning/placing in a G1/2/3?
