and the great news is Commanche chief is not related to Conrad Igor
she comes from a 5f stallion and my best 1m4f horse Hurricane George who came when testing aussigate
still holding off breeding the 2 as the comprende line is still throwing up good horses
Frankel esk being one of them

Have now come to the end of the line with Comprende
breeded the heck out of him
so an update before i move to the next step
have 2 fillies that have gone sub 137.25
New record of 137.21

Image

next step is to breed with Conrad Igor
he will cover Comanche Chief

Bramillio will be held back for the next stage of breeding plans
as she is a granddaughter of comprende and heavily related to Igor

Good luck. Be nice to see if a completely different line brings you closer to 1:37.

Post Re: Project - 137.00 Newmarket
Just started trailing my horses before I go into phase 2 of my breeding program and mine just posted a 1.37.48, and that's after 8 weeks of my breeding. I'm more than delighted. :D :D :D

I've never trailed at Newmarket before and was a little nervous about what times my horses could run to.

here are 3 of Igor's sons 2 of them have broke my CK record which now stands at 137.10
took him awhile to produce anything that could take him on

Still yet to breed with Bramillio my record breaking filly

so one of these will be up for that job i am leaning towards Lewis he is very consistent clocking in the teens
about 12 times

137.15

Brambriillio is from 2nd crop and i think with some more trialing she can break the record
but great lady beats her own record
making big strides towards 37-

Keep going Paul.

I had a horse run 107.09 tonight off 9st 3lb, but couldn't run any quicker when he run off 9st dead which was rather odd. He instead run 107.09, and 107.10!

I presume you mean 1:37:09.. 1:07:09 would be super horse :P.

I assume a return is definitely on the cards for next season? Can't imagine you have all these horses are you're not going to show them off in the league! :P

No I meant 107.09  - yeah 137.09.

I'm toying with a return, I know I definitely have some firepower to build upon and plenty of time to do it in but I'm not 100% certain whether I want to return in truth, the league seemed to do fairly well without me in it over the last season so wouldn't want to rock the boat by returning.

A return would be welcome. The more stiffer competition the better.
