Race 11 Sky Sports 3 WINNER off top weight ran well pleased with his finish to the season

Race 13 Finnly 4th ran well high in the weights

Well Done to the winners and placers

R11 Tombstone (4th) - solid effort off bottom weight.
R12 Ned Kelly (4th) - just missed out on making the frame. good run.
R13 Bright Orange (7th) - has failed miserably to live up to expectations and produced another poor effort today.
R14 Scriptwriter (3rd) - good run. couldn't quite catch the first 2.
R15 Hanging Garden (4th) - ran on well the last furlong after getting outpaced at halfway. just missed out on the places.
R16 Prophecy (3rd) - trip was on the sharp side and didn't get the clearest of runs either. great effort to get up for 3rd.
R18 Restless Native (2nd) - raced too keen and is better over further.

well done all winners and placers.

Well done to all the group 1 winners. Only 1 runner and in the groove was a very average 3.

Day 3 Highlights

Race 22 The Greek Gods 5th never in it faded at end

Race 23 Super Toos 2nd i cant believe that winner gave her a stone and a half and she could not run her down
cant tell you how much time i put into breeding her she has been a huge disappointment at least its another million
in prize money but did think at weights shed win but well done to Nashwan stella run from your mare

Race 24 smoking express 5th did ok

Race 25 Bymount WINNER was praying hed front run again this week because i did not think they
would get to him over this distance at weights ran a cracker and stuck on bravely to take the cox
plate a race i love great end to the season

Race 27 Sheppard express 5th could not get out would have been closer

Race 28 Empoli WINNER and what a way to finish the season off with a winner nice run from
empoli was not sure hed stay the trip but done it well and great to finish on a winning note

Pleased to have Epitaph finish off with a victory, in what has been an overall fantastic season for her.

Jamie I see it ended 8-8 great battle, all down to Paul to work out who had most seconds

One fantastic winner for me today , Magic Gleam went out on a winner, 5 out of 6 at 5 furlongs well proud of that.

Last Season it was Flowing and this season Magic Gleam at 5, between them they won 8 out of 11. It took me ages to find any decent sprinters and That's what I'm most proud of.

Had a solid this week with five winners including two Group Handicaps. I've won the T.J. Smith two years in a row now. The highlights...

Race 2 - Come On Now - 1st - Has won six races this season.

Race 5 - Character Flaw - 1st - A surprising win for a consistent sort.

Race 6 - Simple Method - 1st - Another surprise win.

Race 8 - Nextroundisonme - 3rd - Another minor check from what is overall pretty much a dud.

Race 14 - Speedball - 1st - Was expecting he would get burned up in a duel with The Duke's horse but his horse rated just off of it allowing Speedball to relax nicely on the lead. As in past runs, Speedball fought on at the end and held off the challenge.

Race 20 - Cat Herding - 3rd - Another check from this late running fool. One of my favorites.

Race 23 - Annah - 3rd - I so wanted to win this race. Was still a great run to get third. Can't complain.

Race 26 - The Take - 1st - Thought he might grab a piece if the pace was slow enough. A win was totally unexpected. My condolences to the also rans. This horse is terrible.

Race 30 - The Good Book - 3rd - I really wanted to win the last SO5 League race for some reason. I will say he was maybe the best here. Dumb jock ran up on heels the whole race and only got rolling at the final furlong.

Congrats to all who won and placed and even participated in this final season. It was a blast.

Sweet Luna (10th) - Not a bad run in the Caulfield Cup
William Butler (1st) - This gamebred makes it 3 in a row in a G1H, get in!
Moohimm (8th) - Not quite up to it
Zeltweg (17th) - Only beat 1 home
Rehearsal Hall (2nd) - Excellent run in a G1H
Milth (9th) - Trip was not long enough
Liquid Luna (4th) - Poor run
Franken (1st) - Just got up to win his first of the season
Too Much William (6th) - Slightly agitated and faded badly
Castellet (12th) - Worst horse in the yard, last by a long way
Nice Pair (10th) - Not good enough in the Melbourne Cup, impressive win by Nash's horse
Rod Roach (6th) - Decent run
Mince Pie (8th) - Last, poor final run
