Jalupan why are you complaining about horses before results are in. The horse is perfectly entitled to run in that race as that is in the rules. If you bothered to read the form you will notice that the horse will struggle to get there as ran on late over 1m5. Also if you bothered to check Jupiters stable you will see the horse is a 1m6 horse.

With limited 1m6 races available the horse was probably trying its luck.
