Post It's Time Ladies and Gentlemen!!!!!
Now we just under a month away from the start of the season its time to start building those squads :D :D

If and when u know u starting line up put in here and tell us something about them. :D :D

I'll start mine now with probably my two best horses. :D :D

Colzium Bazaar 4yo - 2m2-2m4 . He's my great American hope :D :D , he's devastating over 2m4 . He has a touch of my superstar mare coigach in him in that he comes alive in the final 2 furlongs in the 2m4 races. I'm starting him of as a 4yo so if he's good enough he can comeback a few years .

McBirney Empire 4yo - 2m- 2m2. The best son of Colzium, is better over 2m and 2m2 , has more speed than his father over those distances . Will also start at 4. :D :D

Nice summary Paul, to busy trying to crash through 200 new NH horses and 100 flats before the off. Maybe closer to the time, I’ll get a meet the team done.

I'm just hoping I can play another 3 or 4 league season of my jumps game because i've got a few 2m4 horses at age 4 and i'd like to see if I can have those distance horses in my team otherwise my jumps team will be small. I've hardly played my flat this year so some of the horses I put in the last but one trials might make it in. I think I'm in season 35 over jumps and about 40 on the flat. Gray I won't be around for Aintree week i'm up there.

Just ran my jump trials and I have a team of 18 for the jumps. :D :D

5***** My Best
4**** Hopeful Group Class
3*** Good H'capper
2** H'capper
1* Poor

Ewe Lamb 1* --------- 2mile chaser whos probably very average.
Gray Rose Bay 2** ---- 2m4 chaser who's also very average.
Woodlands Flower 3*** - 2m4 hurdler who will probably be aimed at decent H'caps
Final Frontier 3***----- 3m hurdler who's aim will be decent 3m h'caps
Ouf of the Gloom 3***-- 3m hurdler that will also aim at mid range h'caps.
Shall Reputation 3***--- 3m novice who's hopefully good enough for the RSA at the festival.
Mugs Money 3*** ------- 3m hopefully another decent novice chaser.
Rosemoss 3***--------- 3m chaser that was good in my 3m trials but have some doubt over.
Kersil 3***-------------- 3mChaser/hurdler probably running in decent h'caps
William Crump 3***----- 3m2 chaser who won my chelts races so we'll see if he's good enough to run in group races.
Another Schedule5*****--3m Was good in game and has been good in my trials so hopefully he'll run in all the good races.
Coney Glenn5*****------ 3m4 horse that has always been one of my best and will go for the group1 races.
Pride of Oak3***--------- 3m4 horse that is better in my trials than game so have my doubts about her.
Lovely Present 3***----- 4m-4m4 horse that will run in lots of soft ground races will be aimed at good h'caps
Baile West 4****--------- 4m horse that was good over that distance but will go for H'caps.
Earls Brig 4****--------- 4m horse that will run over lots of distances in H'caps.
Claresown 5*****------- 4m4 horse that looked top class in my trials but only average in game , so we'll see how good she is.
Furze Hill5*****-------- 4m4 Top Class in Game and in my Trials , will go for all the best 4m4 races.

Trials all but finished and they were a disaster.
Only a handful of horses absolutely dominating everything else, and most over a range of distances.
To me this shows how shallow my talent pool is. :(

Anyway a couple of horses that stood out are:

"Master Blaster", 2 miler that blitzed in the game and nothing came close in the trials.
"Revenge Time", 14f that has good bars and won all his trials.

So about half my stable will contain B rated horses. :?

It's not what they do in the trials......it's what they do on the track.

Hi guys and gals. Sorry but I new to this game. How do you trial horses? Is that where you exit the game and select horses to race each other? Or is it something in the actual game itself? Plus if a horse has 135 form in the game and you transfer it to the online league will the form apply or does the league go by the horses bar stats? Thanks

Yes that is how you trial.

All the horses in the league start with the same rating and with no form. So you choose your best ones for the league. A horse with a 135 rating may not necessarily beat one with a 120 rating as the ratings can be a bit misleading. That's why it is best to trial and not just enter your best horses blindly. For some strange reason some horses seem to run better in the racekit than in the game and vice versa

Thanks for quick reply. Ok so basically it’s all about how good they are in trials then and not I’m the game itself.(as long as they have good green bar stats to trial in first place). Cheers for that

You need to ensure you are playing a league mode game else your horses will not be eligible.

Expect we are going to see a lot of this and lose a lot of potential league players in the process...........
