 jumps handicap rulesAre horses allowed to enter handicaps if they fell in their maiden or do they need to complete a maiden/group race to be able to enter handicaps?

Re: jumps handicap rules They are allowed in but they normally get a pretty stiff handicap mark. I think it used to be automatic 110 if falling on debut.
