Should the upload week be moved from week 5 to week 6.

None of the results of the polls will be implemented this season, as changing rules mid season is not a good idea. They all suggestions for next season. And Gray will have to have the final say to see if any of the suggestions are feasable. But it is good to get peoples thoughts on the ideas.

I personally think this is a must, the work of the previews and the behind the scene staff would mean moving this back a week would give everyone an insight to Ascot week! Not only that all horses would of had a run and some tasty little rivalries built up to make ascot what it is in reality.

Agree fully moving it a week would be a great help. After Royal Ascot it always feels like the halfway
point in the season even giving the team a week or a 2 week break after Royal Ascot might be helpful
for them to get a rest or a break away from it and it would give trainers a chance to concentrate on
subs breeding I used to like a break in the season personally. Think you all do an amazing job.

Good idea to move the upload window after royal ascot as long as there is an increase in the number of maiden races to run in. I would also like to see all maidens up to 10f in week 7 run on a straight track to eliminate draw bias and hopefully make the handicapper's job a bit easier.

There will need to be an increase in maidens over jumps too. Week 7 in the current schedule has only 2 maidens, a novice chase and a hurdle race.

I do think this could be the plan, I actually think all maidens in the first couple of weeks of the league and then weeks 7 & 8 should all be ran at straight tracks, so up to 1mile at ascot and Newmarket. Not sure what tracks above that are fair for big fields but certainly making all maiden races at these two tracks will help hcapper give correct mark and trainers to gauge where their horses are that season
