Post subject:  Can it be made possible to enter horses into future races
I noticed last season that it was only possible to enter horses for the following week it must be a new thing

It was handy to future nominate horses if you are going to be away for a week or more

I'm away from 22nd June to 30th June so with the way things are I could likely miss 2 weeks of the league

is it possible to go back to the old way?

I understand you can't do this for handicaps or maidens

That was the reason it was stopped Paul trainers putting horses in future races even before the same week the New handicap had been adjusted if a rule came in for only Open Races and Group races i cant see why not but that will be Leon's and Alex's Call.

It's just a pain if you have a planned holiday during the season you have to miss a chunk of the season because you can't enter early
were in the season of holidays it takes a massive amount of time for people to put these teams together so is soul destroying to
miss a bit of the season for no real apparent reason anyone who has a 2week holiday planned is likely to mis a quarter of the season

I can't really work on the site at present

Why don't we allow future declarations? The race kit will not allow horses rated to high for a race into the race. Does it create other problems?

I can if need be scratch all horses rated to high for a race each week. Its quiet easy to scratch horses in Tom so won't take me long
