						 FALLER OF THE YEAR CATEGORY:

Comical Ali - Not fallen many times but last time he did he stayed fallen, DEAD!

Champix - First 3 races, FFF!!!!

Twirling Wyer - Falls so often the trainer and owners have a bet on which fence it will be that brings him down.

Mista Mischiff - Always well weighted to run a big race, and would probably deliver if he could run round each fence.

Optimistic Smile - 5 falls says it all

Erhaab - Not fallen that often, but was a big big fancy at cheltenham and did a 'Black Jack Ketchum' , nose diving into the turf early doors.

Godiva - So bad at jumping hooley switched him to NHF races!!

Queen of Madness - 3 falls in a row recently, bookies now take bets on whether he will finish never mind whether he will win!!

Any other suggestions add them below guys - do u have a horse which loves to hit the deck??

						 RACE OF THE YEAR CATEGORY!!

Again for this one, please suggest races - it takes a long time looking through races, so is there one which springs to mind when you have a think back over the season?? The ones which do for me are:

Coral Cup at Cheltenham - 3 horses going neck and neck to the line, with Hemz just snatching victory

Totesport Bowl - Thrilling finish and a cracking comm to go with it , 3 horses again all out to the line with the smallest of margins seperating them

Charlie Hall Chase - Rich described this as an absolute thriller - do you agree?

Grand National - How about that for a finish to the greatest race of them all? 2 horses going neck and neck round the elbow and right to the finish

Christmas Hurdle - Sandra Bullock hits the front 3f out to go for g1 glory, but Mandango Fandango went in pursuit. Steadily closed the gap and Sandra Bullock was tying up in the final 1/2 furlong......Mandango got up in the final stride

Champix must be added to the fallers list ry, he fell in his first 3 races, before going on to win at Cheltenham.

Got to put the supreme novices forward, not just because GI Jane won, but coming from 3 lengths out the back with just over 1 mile to go to win going away was some performance from any nag!!!!

Maybe am been alittle bias here........

The best performance from a horse in my view has to be Lippy Slap this season.

This is not just one race but 3 races, and il explain why.

 Race 1

Leamington Novices Hurdle G2 Race. Tailed off for much of the race, and i thought at one point she was gonna be pulled up, she was that far behind the field. How i was wrong, what she did to pick her why through the pack and storm home for the win against some very good 2m4F hurdlers was unreal.

 Race 2

Sunderlands Novices Hurdle G3 Race. Giving the field 6lb in weight away. Having come to make her challenge 3f from home, she blunders and nearly comes down. I thought my chance had gone but she showed real guts and determination to fight back and just get up on the line. Gobsmacked i was, didn't believe she had won the race.

 Race 3

David Nicholson Hurdle G2 Race Giving weight away again all round but this time 8lb to the field in the best race for Mares at Cheltenham. This for me was her best performance to date, Hooley's looked to have stolen the race about 3f from home. Even i didn't think she would catch Times Up, But again she picked up so well and just nicked the race on the line.

For me she is the best Mare in the league this season. Just wish they wore more 2m5fH races for her.
