Most of the other roles are filled but the main 2 are still not taken. Without race sec you have no races simple. Don't be worried about stepping forward, it's quiet straight forward and not that time consuming. Will probably take no longer than 2 hours each Sunday afternoon, You will need 2 people on board Paul. |

I know the race secretary runs the races Hemz I don't know if I have the right programs to do it or I would offer to do it. |

It's a separate program for doing the races for the league. If you have any questions just ask. The best thing to do is to ask Paul to set up some trail races and get used to doing them. |

The other thing we are working on is a tool that will link with TOM to collect the horse files for a selected race. It takes a huge amount of time to collate the fields manually. We will sort something out to take out the manual side of things as happened in the past. |

I can give the race secretary role a whirl as well. Totally agree with simpleminds about doing trials before we get underway for real. I bought a tablet in November and have just remembered my password. I might be slow, but I get there in the end ![]() |

That's great news. There will be race trials in about 2 weeks for both NH and the flat so you will be able to get some practice in then. The race entries will be done by TOM and the procedure will be the same as the league so it will give you an idea of how things operate I have the racekit. I will email it to you Gray. Kev if you can email either Paul or myself we can sort you out with one. |

The racekit is the same as the ck. Differences are it saves the races and form. |
