I'm sure it's too late now, but according to everything in TOM my horse Oak Crystal Rose is rated 104 over hurdles, on both my stable and the race screen. I cannot find any evidence of her rating being 119 anywhere, she should not have been scratched.

Cannot see on any screen where Khon is rated higher than 128. Not sure where the 143 comes from which as led to his scratching.

It would seem there is a slight problem with some of the ratings this week. I know that Leon is very busy at the moment, I can't give you an answer but I know that the races have mostly already been run. I also cannot tell you if you've got a run or not because I'm in the middle of other things, and hopefully Leon can get on to explain what has happened soon. You may just have to miss this week, it's a pain, but not the end of the world.

Supercat and Greaver. I'm sorry about this but the rating of your horse in the racekit is the correct one. There is no way that they would have been able to run because the racekit would not allow them into the race. I explained all this here

You may not have read the post but I will try sort this out next week so that Tom reflects the racekit

I read that when you posted it. But if we only have TOM to go by, how are we supposed to know?

I will have to have a look at it this week, and see why the ratings haven't updated for some races. Its a problem. But if you horse runs a place especially in a group race and is still low in the ratings or its rating is unchanged there is something wrong

Mine didn't though; it was 6th in a listed mares' hurdle! The game really over rates listed races, particularly staying ones, and it looks like the racekit does too. We desperately need a handicapper, I seriously don't think either of mine deserved ratings that high after not even placing in listed races.

Yes we do. It would also solve the updating problem that is happening at the moment. So a volunteer for next season would be brilliant

The racekit is not very good at rating horses at all, though I did think it was better over the jumps than the flat. I ran some tests pre-season and the ratings it was giving for flat races would have made it impossible for small trainers to win any races. Its a lot of work for someone over the jumps but would be great if one or two people did volunteer. 116 isn't a massive rating for your horse, it might be that those who finished ahead aren't rated high enough. Almost Full won a Grade 1 this week so will be interesting to see what his mark is now.

I wouldn't mind doing the Handicapping but I would force Trainers before uploading horse that all horse's must be reset to 100 ratings for both hurdles and chases.

My horse won a 4m 3f group 3 and is now rated 145

It might be difficult to force every trainer to do so! There were still some horses yesterday that were running for the first time that needed resetting.

NH handicapping is a lot of work. But obviously can be done. Sort out the schedule first and go from there.
