Is Davy from Glasgow? I'm not surprised you're high on both. You were unlucky in the Epsom races. Splitting them would have been a fair result. |

I dont think so from the commentaries, sound like he may be from Fife or something but thats just a guess. Nah, the best horses won both races, I would have been happy with seconds. Got Celebrate in the King George this week, think she will need a soft lead to have any chance of stealing it from Yima. |

Actually I just assumed it was you doing the commentaries! And I also assumed you're from Glasgow simply from your signature which is probably wrong too ![]() Yima has lost two races this season so I think there's every chance you could steal it from a bad run too. |

I think its Davylad that is doing the Comms I did some first week but I don't have the right equipment so I give doing them up. |

I'm from Glasgow but I moved to Arbroath 36 years ago and I still get asked if I'm up here on holiday. ![]() |

Congrats to Nashwan on his maiden G1 win. Well done mate. Sorry you're giving SO5 a break on the back of your maiden win. I'm sure you'd be in the running for a few more in the next 5 weeks. Joe joins the club of multiple G1 winning horses. I'm sure he's proud of both Starolema and Zarlema. I would be if they were mine ![]() And Mikey1892 with the incredible Expelliamus. Unique in my book for several reasons: Front running - harder to do well in SO5 IMO. Winning at two different distances - 8f and 10f! Multiple G1s AND An older horse winning against 3 year olds which again I think is hard to do. |

Not at all. You've not had the rub of the green this season and it's the least you deserve. Life before games though and I'll hope you sort things out and get back to SO5/6 when you can. And I would be surprised if you don't pick another G1 up before the end of the season. |

Updated for week 10 9 G1s including 3 for 2 year olds. Highlights are Feat Pings 2nd G1 to continue his unbeaten run. Congrats Matt. Also Nashwan for his 2nd G1 - Ejazaat looked very good in that race. Joe, Matt and myself won the 2 year old G1s and there are more to come and these tend to be more variable so I expect to see a few different winners for these. Lastly, Yima won the Arc comfortably which was the one I really wanted this week ![]() |
