Post Grade 1 handicaps
Are there any restrictions on entries for these races? How many runners will be going?

Can't remember if these have been covered and can't find any info after a quick search.

That's fine Paul. No arguments from me there. Any distance restrictions? Just looking at what horses might be able to enter and for the 1m2f G1 Handicap for example it doesn't list Arani (who has run nothing but 1m2f races) as being eligible.

Might be something Leon needs to clarify. Another thing though. I can see how the distance rules are there to prevent a horse from artificially getting a low mark.

What about this scenario though. I considered running Manavi (who has run two races - a grade 2 at 7f where finished 8th and then won a grade 1 at 7f) in the 1m2f G1 Handicap. Surely in that situation I've proven that Manavi is a 7f horse. And if I think she can get 1m2f could I not enter her? It's not like the handicap mark is going to be low. In fact she would likely be running off top weight. It's just we all know in SO5 that horses can get a wide range of distances.

7f - 1m2f is a 3f gap so would not be allowed
