R17 At The Races Juvenile Hcp This race shows only two entries. I have Turning Trix who seems to be ineligible due to distance rules. She's best at slightly shorter a distance but I think she has a good chance to win this. She isn't bottom weight. For the sake of not running a match race can I have an exception to the rules please? |

there is still a while before entires close so not yet. Post your horse here. If its is short of entries I will manually enter. But the horse will get a weight penalty as its outside the distance rules |

Thanks. The way I see it if it stays with three horses including mine the other two who are speed types will be vulnerable in the final furlong. Or the pace is glacial and then I have no chance which is what I see with the other race I have as an option. |

very true the two horses are front running horses that race always forcing the pace but get caught usually with a furlong or so to go.. i like the way you plan your races Sirius ![]() well i really hope you win since you have thought this through i have just entered mine because of its rating.. by the way will yours be top weight? |

If I get in and get the weight penalty I'll probably be top weight. My rating is 72 and the limit is 80. |

well you probably got a great chance if you have an even pace or help up since it looks like mine and pommards horses are early pace or race handy... |

I can confirm that mine is a race handy horse if the jockey follows instructions ![]() Mine does have perfect ground conditions at least. |

My opinion, for what it's worth, is that this is a 0-80 for us lesser lights and I have absolutely no objection* to allowing the other horses in that maybe slightly outside the handicap rules in order to make a better race of it. *Unless of course you beat mine by a short head and then the dummy will be spat out and all toys unceremonially thrown from the pram ![]() |
