my 6YO and 7Yo do and a lot of my 5YO. Nothing under 5 has full potential. Seems to make no difference. Won G1's with Shadow Gathering and Home Made last season both did not have full potential bars

This is a new jump 2yo, the closet I've had to a full bar. My horses are done by 6 years of age, when they turn 7 they are over 20 lengths worse off.

Re: Made it with 6mins to spare.....
I never really took much notice of 2yo jumpers I name then put them to grass check at 3 then kick or keep but I have got rid of all my saved games and horse files now and just a started a new Flat game to see what I can do until week 5 and upload for just flat.

I put them out to grass first before I name them, so the goods ones get my fav horses names. I'm done with the jumpers as well, I bred a few yesterday 3+ chasers( not 100% happy with them) and will race them in a couple of weeks to see if any decent for week 5. I saved that pic of my jumper because I thought it was mad to get a jump two year old with that bar, didn't turn out to be anything or her blood lines. Too much too soon.

Re: Made it with 6mins to spare.....
My horses only mature at 5/6 peak around 6/7 and still win G1 's at 10. The ones I have raced that long. River Destiny won the gold Cup at 10 in the game and it was a toss up whether to upload the 7YO or 8yo version.
You will laugh if you see my 2yo and 3yo stats of the horses I uploaded for the flat. They seem to be competitive though and good chance Point Blank will win a G1. full potential is about 80% on her. She does become 100% but only at 5 but the 3yo version still performs well in the ck.

My horses struggle to win the gold cup at 6 in game, greenbank park couldn't and some of my other horses from last seaon couldn't. If I don't save my horses on the first day of jan when they are six by time Cheltenham comes around they have lost a fair bit of the potential bar. I had one jumper that started losing the full bar when they were 5. My horses are jacked when they are young then fall of a cliff. That's the good thing about this game and that is there is no right and wrong way to do things, there's lots of different ways and they all can work u just need to find u way and stick to it. I just hope it's the same with the new game.
