Is possible, you edit the horse in its section in the .ttf file, then import it into your game and play as normal, the changed distance stats are shown. You can also change the age of the the horse, I changed a 4yo filly to 2yo, ran her in 2yo races once imported with full potential, huge CK advantage when exported. Breeding passes on the stamina/speed. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Interesting. So if someone bred two of these together would the offspring not flag up as hex edited? |

I doubt it as it would be a new file created and the file hasn't been edited. |

is that so5 or 6 mate I suppose if so6 there wont ever be a league again till it changes perhaps mark can find a way to lock the horse files and if tampered with they will delete themselves and that persons game with it |

Thanks for posting this. We are aware of worries regarding exports and if/when the kit comes back if wil be after further security work. I'm moving this to the league forums as that is where it really belongs. Also these kind of exploits may well have flagged up because there are additional range checks. There is still work to be done on this though. |

If it shows up at all, it will still be there in the new bred horses, every horse that is exported has all the data for the past horses in its lineage in the file, thats why exported horse files get bigger over time. So if one horse has been edited, even if you breed 20 generations the edited data is still in the file. edit: Not totally sure about that, it might only go back so far, so it could be possible to breed it out and cant remember all the original horses in my lines but I have seen some that I know are way way back. |

Just had a look there, the files seem to max out at 16kb, storing the data for maximum 13 horses, which appear on the lineage screen, think that is why the lineage screen never shows them all on both sides! always 2 missing because the files only store 13 and there is 15 places on the lineage screen. So 4 generations of breeding would clear any editing. |

So if you created enough hex edited horses for the same distance, exclusively bred them together, you could eventually erase the data of the original hex edited horses? |
