Post subject:  The league
Not sure if i should be putting this in the league forum or not. Just curious as to when the league will be arranged for roughly?

Also, as this would be my first time in it has anyone any advice about what i should be doing now to prepare in advance?

Obviously i dont expect people to give me their secrets but just some heads up! lol

There is no way to prepare for the lge mate as none of us have a clue how its going to work
or even if it will happen

Very much doubt we will see a lge within the next 6 months

Hi Jack,

At the moment there is no plans or ways to prepare for the league. Mark still hasn't come forward and enlightened us with how things are going to work (if at all) so at the moment the best advice would be to get used to the game, and play for fun like the rest of us.

Some changes are planned this or next week that will improve security and hopefully avoid the flare ups from the previous season. Once the game is out of BETA the longer term league plans will be looked at. The reason nothing has been said yet is because nothing has been decided and sales will also be a factor in deciding which road to take. A stop gap league similar to the recent so5 league is a possibility while other options are looked at if the demand is there. That could be up and running quite quickly.

SO6 has been in BETA for about 3 weeks. Plenty of progress has been made but there is still work to do.

Hi All

After a few years i have decided to make a comeback!....I left when the league was under a cloud and after reading recent posts it looks like the same hex editing problems haven't gone away.
Without sounding arrogant i do expect to go very close in the league so i am happy for Dochay or Mark to randomly check my files at anytime as i would like transparency.
The league seems to be very well run and i hope and pray we can have a clean and fun filled league!
