into 3rd season and got my first 2yos, nothing special at all! probably 70% bar at best....but part of my problem might be my horses arent exactly superstars lol! Only had 2 2yos this season but next season i have 5/6 coming through so hopefully il have a better idea!

Re: First Superstar
Ok here is my first really good homebred but as you can see from his bar i have a long way to go to getting a full bar homebred
Was A fraction off setting a new record time for a 2yo at 6 furlongs

I have now had a horse with almost max bar (Gamebred) and could not even win a 0 -90 handicap so would not go by the bars at all
yes I had a similar issue. Is that a bug? If its not we need to find out what the exact function of the potential bar is. I would understand if the bar were grey but once its filled out it should be a good horse, I think?

Potential means possible, as opposed to actual. Therefore just because a horse has the potential to be amazing doesn't mean the horse can deliver the goods. Maybe the horse is lazy, or there are other things wrong with it.
Rooney had the potential to be world class, but he let himself go and became lazy.
