 Precipitous DropJust got beat in the Stephen Foster. Checked out the winner and noticed a strange rating anomaly. After winning and getting disqualified in the San Antonio Stakes with a 117 rating - Master Fong comes back 6 days later and wins the the San Marcos Stakes with a 44 rating. Is this a bug that has been fixed? Something nefarious going on in the handicappers office???
