How do I install the silks i have edited into the Game?

 How do I install the silks i have edited into the Game?can some one please help me and teach me how to install the silks i have edited and put them back in the game?
I have already edited the silks but when I go in the game they are not available , please can someone send me the procedure on how to solve my problem. Thank you |

Thank you If you Edited your own silks in the 3D folder did you also edit the gfx. What should i do now to get them in the game ? thanks |
