The Australian Race files have been broken for many versions of Starters Orders 6 and 7 and now Starters Orders Touch.
I say we will see the same broken files again in Starters Orders 8 Desktop if its ever gets release.

I have to agree with you oldpeter, hey mark! sorry for the education but there are more racehorses in Australia then anywhere in the world, just because we don't Winje that doesn't mean we don't care, we normally vote with our feet old mate.
So please do something about the Australian game for once.

Feel free to make suggestions. 'broken race files' doesn't mean anything.

If these files were broken the AUS mode would not work. If you believe any races in the schedule are not working correctly please post the details so it can be fixed.

This files are in the _sched_f.db
But they are not in the featureRaces_flat.db
You have no Eagle Farm in your racecourses.db
This files should match each other but they don't
Starters Orders Touch crashes a lot also when in Austarlian mode

It seems Eagle Farm was changed to Brisbane at some point. Some race references were not updated so I will check all this and update.

As for crashes there is now a way to send in files on mobile devices if the crash can be replicated. This often results in the bug being quickly fixed:

1. Load the problem game. This only applies to games that can load ok but then crash. Please descibe where the game crashes.
2. Tap the FORM BOOK button to the left of the main menu.
3. Tap the FIND HORSE/DOG button.
4. Enter the string 'backup0' and hit return. A DONE dialog should flash up. The save files have now been zipped up.
5. Exit the game. For GMT there is a new button bottom-right of screen. For SOT tap the OPTIONS (large) button on the game menu and then the disk icon top-right of the screen.
6. Tap this button.
7. A email dialog appears. send the file to startersorderscontact at gmail dot com. Please specify the platform and detail when the game crashes. This will help greatly in the detection of the problem that is causing any crashes.
