I retired a horse to the game pool and now his file is in the breeding imports folder but I can't get him across to another game. The transfer option is not available for some reason.

What am I doing wrong?

there is a fee to transfer a horse in do you have enough money i no its prob a silly question you have won alot of big races i only noticed there was
a fee when i went close to blowing all my money bringing 1 in at start of new game
also capacity could be a prob make sure you have enough space for him

What would I click on to get the info about the fee? The Transfers option is never on in my game, I can't click on it.

Money and Capacity are fine.

just to be sure you clicked on horse b4 end of season and clicked on retire to game pool
then at start of nect season you goto transfers and it wont let bring horses in
you just click on horses name and that transfers them in you dont click on red circle that deletes them

You should get a file called TTF.dat in your 'save game' folder which deals with the storage of horses retired to 'Game Pool'.

I have no idea why it would have ended up in breedingimports, that's a first that I've seen!

Couldn't work out what happened with that one horse but it works fine now with my other games. Strange.
