Why is the time always wrong?

 Why is the time always wrong?.................on this forum? Its currently 6.58pm now, but the time at the top of the page says "it is currently 8.11pm"??

Re: Why is the time always wrong? UTC = Coordinated Universal Time. Same as GMT in this country so I don't know why the times are weird on here.
