Hey guys I just got a new computer this week and I want to put SO5 on my new computer do I have to pay for it again?

no you dont

just download so5 to your new computer
get your email ready with game code in (the email sent when you purchased the game)
install So5 and it should ask you for the code
then your full version of so5 will work on new pc

that could be a small problem as my wife bought it for me and it was sent to her work email and the email doesn't exist anymore

Without that email you unfortunately will have to buy again
it says on email it is imperative you keep this in case of needing to re install the game
you can try and email support but without emial/serial number i doubt Mark can do anything

the email is still alive could I just ask for a resend?

I had a very similar issue in the summer where my old computer died and I lost the game and the email.
I contacted Mark, giving him all of my details and an approximate date, within a week, of when I bought the game and he very kindly resent the activation code.
Top notch service.

I cant even remember when I bought it. could look to when I started posting on here and that might give me a clue

If you know the name thats on the paypal account used to purchse the game and the paypal email address i think that could help mark out a bit.
