Post Little bit of a boast!
This is Regent's War, one of my better ( :? ) league horses this season. I have just retired him to the breeding barn at 10yo, as you can see he has hardly lost any potential and he has managed to win 22 G1's! If I didn't have younger stayers I wanted to win grade 1's I would have kept him in training, he demolishes everything in his races from the front. He's won 3 Gold Cups, 2 Grand Steeple Chase de Paris, 2 Prix La Haye Jousselin, 2 King Georges, 3 Betfred Bowls, 2 Punchestown Chases, and 7 grade 1's over 3m over hurdles including the World Hurdle (and others). I think he's one of my most prolific horses ever. I'm very proud of him. :)

He didn't trial well over fences at that age. Actually he was a pretty appalling if I remember rightly and rarely finished races. I only trialled him up to 7yo and the 5yo one was best over hurdles because I'd written him off as a chaser. I know now that I need to trial them when they are older too.

Not to be completely outdone by PJ and his wonder horses! I had a bit of a do over on Regent's War's career. He he is at 11yo, 43 G1's and 1 G2 44/442! Including wins from 2m5f-3m5f each season, I didn't try the National though he takes quite a long time to recover from races (hope he doesn't pass this on to his offspring!) so I didn't want to mess up a tilt at the Punchestown Gold Cup or the Grand Prix de Paris. Hope you can see it!
