Just started replaying this on the mac and bought a 2m horse at 2yo (silly considering on the normal schedule theres no 2m races in its first year).

But i kept her and she won her maiden, i then entered her in the sydney cup? grade1 handicap.... is this meant to be a melbourne cup substitute? as she won that with plenty in hand! I have to admit she was off a feather weight.
Then i entered her in the queens vase g3 which i expected her to lose as she was top weight with 1 other horse. She cruises up again! bit of a lucky buy haha!

they are different races, as far as i know theres the melbourne cup, sydney cup, brisbane cup, adelaide cup. there the ones for 2milers, i have added em all in my game for my 2milers.

After rowan express won the sydney cup, have entered her in the brisbane cup which she finished 2nd in! I haven't seen the adelaide cup this year, but i will have to look harder and see if i can get her to win that! she just won the melbourne cup also!

There is also perth cup, auckland cup and wellington cup, i do not know if you have those in the game as i added them into my game, also good luck with trying tho i think by the sound of it your horse could well do it, regardless it might well be a good breeder for 2milers.

Found the Adelaide cup and she's entered, but unfortunately she won't be going unbeaten as she finished 4th in the Perth version! Not sure she'll be running next season, but lets hope her young ones are as good!
