Re: I Suck at this game....
Im not good at the jumps game either, never won a gold cup or grand nation(Aintree) but what i tend to do to start off is sell all my horses then go through the weekly auctions and buy the ones that have won there first race or first couple of races then take it from there, thats on the flat, ive never tried this on the NH side might try it in a min.
Also i think paul put something up about how he goes about horses in NH side like starting off with hurdles or similar i could be wrong.
The Master has developed his techniques over many many wet, wintery seasons and will not be revealing ANY of his secret training methods to the general public.

Re: I Suck at this game....
check the horses you start with if they have under 50% of potential sell them if you find something with 75% or above you can land massive gambles with these to make money on an odd occasion you start with one with 90%+ but its pot luck then its a case of going to the weekly auction once you have a full wallet also do buy 2yo at the end of season 1 the way to beat the game is to breed your own ASAP
