As Ubar pointed out right away, this wont make any difference to where trainers stand with each other, everyone can improve their horses the same amount so nothing should really change. Its not ideal obviously, if Mark cant find a quick fix, releasing a patch that would allow unlimited transfers a season would be very helpful for league players.

Ok Mark has found the solution new patch is coming tomorrow
i have been testing the patch today and here are the results

the patch seems to work well
Hurricane Ted UK bred 3yo has full ootential
and is competitive in ck
he won this trial image enclosed

Image

to me its clear cut that the patch works as my best ck time b4 aussiegate was 229.78
so if my ukbred just did 229.4 think thats firm evidence that the patch is tip top
i had no crashes or any problems with it

so what the new patch does is make UK Horses age like the AUstralian horses
so there is now no need to go through Australian game you can bred with the same effects in any nation

Cheers Paul- my league 'retirement' was very short, much like Richard Hughes in 2011! I'm happy to go for it a gain next season now, though a good break between the seasons would be nice

Just so I'm clear. We don't have to reexport. The patch is to CK? Was Hurricane Ted bred before your Aussie horses?

Great! So all my existing horses just got faster without my doing any work? With this patch I might break 2:29 with my UK horses with no effort. Now that would be huge

Dont think so Andy, the patch wont improve horse files that have already been exported, dont see how that would be possible. Might work by re-exporting if you have the 3yo ttfs tho?

Can we keep horses we have bred Aussie then over the last few days as there is no advantage now?
