 What difficulty level do you all play on? 

If you were to start a completely fresh game how would it be?
Easy 15%  15%  [ 12 ]
Normal 13%  13%  [ 11 ]
Hard 13%  13%  [ 11 ]
Advanced training 6%  6%  [ 5 ]
Simple training 27%  27%  [ 22 ]
I have 'cheated' to get lots of money 15%  15%  [ 12 ]
I get whatever money comes my way 11%  11%  [ 9 ]

Easy, Simple & Money the hard way... Although that is on my first save, but like AKHC I transfer horses across when I start any other games.

hard simple and no cheating with money only cheat with transferring of horses ( close the game without saving so I can have same horses in both my games )
