You usually see my horses as 4 year olds with 36 races under their belts and most Grade 1's. The horses will have about 12-20 wins but I've never had one go unbeaten but I don't mind because I aim to win, not to stay away from losing. |

Re: Finally I'll chime in with my horses usually run between 8 - 10 races a year and if they're good enough to stay around for the end of their 5yo season I always retire them to stud. I only alt+ctrl+dlt at the beginning of a game to get a good bankroll going early and sometimes very rarely during a game when the game decides to give my horse the dreaded red arrow on the biggest race of the year. I'll also add that I'm a manual trainer which might put me in the minority. I strike at a 30-33 percent win rate which is double of what the AI does.

Re: Finally Even if I get the dreaded red triangle I don't ctrl alt del. I use it for the first week of the very first season only and that's it
