Post Re: aussie breeding
im in the 229.2s now unbelievable & actually ridiculous
& this is only the 3rd batch of the 1st generations in Australia

i agree with The DUke you do need good horses to start with but
the evidence of massive improvement is there for all to see

league has been reduced to a joke now, the false mile races and terrible jockeys were bad enough.

Perhaps because unlike some of you I have a life? Here's your proof.

Break 2:29 yet Joe?

And I haven't even tried to breed my best horses. This was two I just ran through to shut you up.

Feel free to apologize but I suspect come next season if this is all everyone is doing you guys will still be struggling to catch up :D

Given Joe's previous distasteful post which was an out and out accusation? Let me quote if for you PJ in case you missed it.

Dosent look good Andy, your half a second quicker than the best of the rest at every distance, we can all now catch up easily using this method but you cant improve your times with it?

The game wasnt out long enough for someone to dominate like you have at every distance, no one is that lucky to get freak game horses at every distance.

It cant be proven, but we will find out next season if everyone has caught up with you.

Plus, no one said you were doing it and you went heavy on the defensive.

If im wrong I apologise but it would explain the domination at every distance, specially for somone who "has barely played since the start of the year"

You guys do really take the cake. You're competitive beyond belief and you want to belief that I'm better because I cheated. Well beat 2:29 then. After all I must have cheated to beat you all. I couldn't have done it fairly. Did it occur to you to ask Mark to verify my horses? No this kangaroo court decided that anyone with the advantage I have must have done it dishonestly. Man up Paul. At least Joe had the b**** to call me a cheat. As far as I can see no one has caught up yet really.

I think everyone is missing the point also that breeding horses in the Australian game isn't even cheating, all you are doing is bringing their potential forward (and quicker) because you are breeding in the Southern hemisphere rather than the Northern.

Thus enabling the horses to peak sooner than they otherwise would, as is the case with real life - you'll also find your older UK horses will be better than the AUS older horses. All in all the better horses are sourced from the UK game, no matter how people try and dress it up.

Then don't call me out for a post in poor taste and ignore Joe's. Sends out the message that there is a clique amongst the folk that run the league.

The bottom line is I haven't even tried to breed many horses (all of one generation) with this new information and you by your own admission have already bred 3 generations :). And I suggest you send Mark an email and ask him to clarify my horses as I know what I have done and not done but of course asking Mark is too difficult isn't it? Easier to just judge and hang me on the board.

Great.. so give me the chance to breed them too. But you seem to think I am here playing the game full time Joe which I am not cause at the moment I am posting here and babysitting my two kids :).

Wait till I have the chance to do the same and if you can do that with your nags I'm sure I can do the same and in the meanwhile do ask Mark to look at my horses if you don't believe me.

Andy, I said it didnt look good and surely you can see why? I dont want to think you were cheating because we get on well and you have great insights on breeding and everything else, I was just angry at this because I think for sure some people have known about this for a long time and most of us just found out today.

If im wrong I am sorry, i'll take your word for it.

You may not have but Joe's post certainly did smack of that. And your calling me out on a post that was aimed at him smacks of a clique. Let me ask you a straight question. Was Joe's post an accusation or not?

Perhaps my reply was in haste. I'll amend that to read if that's all Joe is doing then he'll still be struggling to catch up as I suspect given time my lines will still be better. I did not mean to slap all trainers but your coming down heavy on me and not on Joe's post about me reflects what you think is true about the situation or you might have seen fit to ask a member of YOUR OWN league administration to retract the accusation.
