although this is a big step forward there is an issue i have with it
I usually run one or 2 horses at lower distances to there ideal distance
i set these horses with race handy challenge earlier instructions
these horses effectively set a good gallop in ck even though they are not pacemakers
Example Horse A is a miler i export him to race handy challenge earlier and run him in a 1m4 trial
the horse then sets a decent pace for my mile 4 horses
With the new filter system these horses just get filtered out of trials based on there av best breeding distance
sorry for the long winded explanation
So Effectively the new filter system does not work for me i still have to hand pick my trials
and anyone who uses pacemakers or race handy types would have to do the same
having something setting a decent gallop in CK trials is the best way to find your best in my experience
i know some don't run trials with any pace in them but for me it works and you get more consistent results
I think the only thing that would work is a folder system in ck
or the ability to select distances you want the exported horse to run in set before export like this
