 Up Jumps A Monster
We've seen the flat monster's but now it's time we gave love to Our Jumpers. Here's my Monster. He's probably the best bred jumper that I've had, mum and dad were top class. He beat a two times champion hurdler and one of the best gamebred's I've seen. His final race and what a final race. Come on peeps show us u monster jumpers.

 Re: Up Jumps A Monster
I Skipped the first 7 seasons John so I just starting the Breeding program my best horse rated180 just been sent to stud so I putting this one up was a good Juvenile Hurdler but not trained on and not good enough to beat my 180 rated horse so just sent her Novice Chasing and Completely different horse unbeaten in novice campaign taking the top 2m Novice chases through the season hope she will reach her full potential when going into grade 1 chases in second season. P.S John I see your using my Jumps have you checked the Queen mothers Chase you need to delete a space in the sched between BetVictor Queen Mother (delete)Chase Gray.

 Re: Up Jumps A Monster
I noticed something was missing at Cheltenham and it took a bit to work out what it was. I think u schedule is great because I like to build my horses up in h'caps and u schedule got lots of good h'caps in them then right at the end put them in the graded races.
What race course are u trailing at. I'm using Fos Llas as my base and only racing there as I didn't want to get caught up in the Cheltenham mad dash. I'm enjoying breeding the jumpers this time because I didn't want to get on the flat bandwagon, it's very intense breeding flat horses u always feel like u chasing u tail.

 Re: Up Jumps A Monster
Not done any trialling yet only have about 50 horses jumps exported I have not had a Gold Cup horse yet and not even got any horse that stays 4miles might look at my flat horses who stayed 2m 4f to export into the jumps game.
I like the jumps better like you said the flat is all out I cant be bothered with that I am going to try and retain my Gold Cup and when I start getting the stayers the national might put a few into the flat online but I will go for the top honours in the jumps.

Nothing worse than finding a quality horse only for it to be a gelding.

 Re: Up Jumps A Monster
Barely get time nowdays that I've got a mrs and saving to buy a house, but have chipped away the odd hour here and there into a jumps only game. This would be about my best so far, look forward to breeding her after the weekend, need to find something with a later peak as she's just starting to drop potential which is annoying.

Do want to win the Grand National and felt I was robbed last year with a mare that really should have won (won the follow up race easily).

Good luck trying to bred a 4m4f horse, I'm struggling with 4m horses. I've yet to bred a 4m4 horse, I try to bred my 4m fillies with the few 4m4 game breds but i'm yet to get one.

 Re: Up Jumps A Monster
Possibly the greatest staying chaser I've ever bred, was roaring him on in the National on his final start, thought for a moment it would be a fairytale end but the old boy just didn't have the legs. What an amazing horse! 5 x Cheltenham Gold Cup 3 x Grand Steeple-Chase de Paris 3 x Prix La Haye Jousselin 2 x Lancashire (Betfair) Chase 2 x King George 1 x Hennessy Gold Cup off 180. 1 x Classic Chase off 175. Third in Grand National off 179 aged 10, beaten 1.5L.

 Re: Up Jumps A Monster
Thanks Paul. Just chipping away a couple hours as and when I can, hoping to get myself a proper National contender for when the league begins and probably a Gold Cup horse and that'll be about my lot. The great thing is this guy hasn't been crossed with Annie Power yet (totally unrelated line) so hoping for something magical god willing when I get a moment to throw them together. Haven't even bothered with the flat side since the new patch made us start from the beginning again.
