 Trainer 2nd horse same hat

Post Trainer 2nd horse same hat
Hey guys just curious why when a trainer has two horses in a race both jockeys have identical hats on . I know when you're picking your own silks you choose a 2nd hat, does this not apply for the ai trainers?
