All I need is for you to post up your best horse(s) either picture or just the name with the distance and surface or just give a name. Looking for all distances, grades, surfaces, sexes, ages, and countries. Will also accept stable names, your in game name, your real life horse's names (personally owned, favorite racers, anything), real life trainers names, just give me something. Simply put, just give me any name for a race you can think of (prefer not to include location names in these titles so no Kentucky Derby or anything), whether it be from your favorite SO horse (not even necessarily SO6), your favorite real life racehorse. Whether it be a trainer, owner, breeder, stable name (again SO or real life), no matter what it is, give it to me, with any specifications for the race that you'd like. My only condition beyond that... it must be 32 characters or less. Hello ![]() My first choice is probably obvious - Pebbles :p A fillies/mares race named after her would be fitting. She really captured my imagination as a kid and following her journey all the way to Breeders Cup glory probably cemented my lifelong love of horse racing. Purely because I also fell in love with his silks as a kid, a race named after Khalid Abdullah would be cool too. Another horse racing first for me as a kid was having a bet. I chose a nag called Prego each way and it finished 4th in a 16 runner race. The horse never achieved anything special but it was responsible for my first bet being a winner so I'm fond of that horse, hehe. Other horses I've been attached to: El Gran Senor, Dancing Brave, Jupiter Island, Rainbow Quest. There's a ton of NH horses but I'm guessing this is a flat schedule so probably not appropriate. Oh, and because I'm such a sentimentalist, there's also the more contemporary choice of the visually striking Top Notch Tonto. In terms of jockeys, honouring Steve Cauthen, Pat Eddery, Lester Piggott and Greville Starkey would also be nice. As for trainers, Henry Cecil, John Dunlop, Dick Hern, Guy Harwood. Hope this helps some - good luck with the schedule ![]() |

Just a few names I threw together based on some horses from my games or from real life (and some recommended restrictions if you want to use them): From My Game: -My Immortal Mile (1 mi dirt race) -Free Why Handicap (10f dirt hdcp, F&M) From Real Life (just horse names): -Sebastian K -Foiled Again -Wiggle It Jiggleit -Apollitical Jess -Ruler On Ice -Imp -Domino -Exterminator (I know not all the horses listed are TB... but they are pretty amazing horses... if you have never seen Apollitical Jess' Champion of Champions, watch it! Greatest QH race I have ever seen). Also, feel free to use these races: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fN1-W1iXhyPLftzmLGfDTtMIMc8ciB8cFkR5ROaIS-M/edit#gid=0&vpid=A1 I tried to make a fictional schedule before but ended up being a lot more work than expected. Also, feel free to use these races as well: http://www.mediafire.com/view/lv7v3jsnqs1tucb/Start_It_-_Fictional_US_Showcase.xlsx A list of races I made for a fictional schedule that I never got around to actually using. |

I have to say he reminds me of Sea Biscuit. I'm not even really comparing their race style or ability... really just how they affected the public, they both raced during times when the nation they resided really needed a distraction, and they both rose to the occasion. He was quite the character. I did find another link that gave more in depth detail but still not highlighting the "colourful dealings" of his original owners which are detailed in a book I have about Bernborough. Also I couldn't find the description of his most popular jockey who described what it was like to ride him....it must have been an amazing thrill to be aboard Bernie as he flew down the outside. If you have the time, this gives you a better idea of who he was. https://thevaulthorseracing.wordpress.c ... art-three/ PS I'll send you a few more names etc. later on. |

The "Kingston Town - Plate" The King was the champ of the early 80s in Oz and his three straight wins in the Cox Plate - Australia's Richest WFA - made him immortal. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rSwbWShXBog |
