Post subject:  Most important races
Hello all.

I am pretty new to this game but I have to say I love it. But coming from Norway I am not that familiar with the races because it is harness racing that is most dominant here.

What I would love as a feature of the game (especially for us foreigners), and I guess most of us who plays it are statistics freaks, is a ranking page of let say the ten most important races in each country. Then you can get a feel for which races you can dream to win and aim for. What had been absolutely superb was also a statsitic underneath each race of your best result in it.

I guess it is the Grand National that is most important in the UK, and the Triple Crown i America, and the Melbourne cup in Australia, but there are probably a lot of other famous races that one should aim and dream to win. Maybe it would be possible to make a list here in the forums?

I am sorry for my clumsy way of bringing my point through (Norwegian speaker as I mentioned :D ), it is not a critique of the game, just a wish. I thoroughly enjoy playing it and I also am thankful to the forum for providing a lot of tips.

Thanks for your help. I think it is difficult to find out in the game what races that are most important, so the guidance here is excellent. Now lets see if I can win any of these. :D

I always look towards the US Triple Crown races as well: Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes, and Belmont Stakes. Only 3yo's are allowed to race but they are very important races that always garner a lot of interest worldwide.

It's my goal in every game to win it... only had a few successes though! :lol:
