As it says in the title, hello! I think I recognize some old names from a LONG time ago...Is this the same group of people that used to run in the ORL (Gallop Racer)with Jim Cougar as the guy running it? I have been playing SO6 all weekend and have to say I am getting back into an old obsession. ![]() 1. Can I really only forward 1 day at a time, per click? 2. Can I name original horses that I breed? I bred a couple yesterday and they seem to do some form of a combination of the parents name. Is that it? Cant customize it at all? 3. I cannot seem to find the Jockey Instructions pre race that I have heard people talking about. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance as any help is appreciated! |

Hi,welcome to this I think great game only cos I love horse racing and there is nothing like this out there, its seems to be getting a mixed reception on steam. ill try and answer youre questions. 1.NO......You can enter youre horse in a race and it gives you the option of fast forwarding to the day before youre next horse is ready to run,the little button top right . 2.Yes you can name youre 2 year olds, when they enter youre stable at the beginning of a season, they will have a default parents name a mix of the two,but click on horse left on the 2 yo name and you can now change its name,it will now be that name for the rest of the game. 3.When you go to the racecourse the race comes up,if you entered a horse in the race,a box with jockey instructions comes up,hold up,slight hold up,force the pace etc.for a horses first run I just leave to jockey,i watch the race ,then after read what the jockey says then make a note using mouse key,and use it for future reference.....hope that helps. |
