Ok - if you see a horse you like - top right of the page click the 'play' symbol. If your horse is down the list you have to wait for it to 'enter the ring'. Once your horse's auction starts - bottom left of the page there are monetary amounts - click on any of them to join in and bid. Mid week auctions are a great source to buy 2,3 and 4yo champs but they don't come often so check the auctions each week. |

Every day, if you hit the go to the races, you will see an auction at the end. You can even go, then skip all the races button and pop right there. It will only be horses from that day's selling races. Except the once a week auction already mentioned. You get there the same way, but the horses listed are a combination of that day's selling race entries and horses consigned in the last week. There is an icon to remind you! Documented nowhere I could see. In the Main/Stable window the little picture that looks like a couple of stalls toward the top right will get a little gavel icon overlayed on the picture on weekly auction day! As a newbie it caused me great concern when I noticed it the first time. Is it an axe? Barn fire?!?!? Maybe it is a hammer? I need to do repairs? Need to upgrade something? farrier? Aaaaa. Nope it must be .. an auction gavel! |
