Hello

I have just purchased and attempting to download but my laptop keeps tryingto download the game, using either method and deletes it straight away as the file is not safe

any suggestions?

Just wandering if you are using Norton Anti Virus.

Yes, sounds like Norton to me, does the same when I try to download and install patches. You just need to disable Norton or whatever like system is doing the file blocking. You can re- enable once your up and running.
