Post subject:  Getting into jockey mode on mac
Hi,
New user of the game on Mac here. Idiot question (presumably) : how do I get to be the jockey on my own horses? I don't mean how the gameplay works, but how I select myself to be the jockey. I've started multiple games, but none of them seem to have me as a jockey option. Is there a game mode I'm missing? Or a button I haven't pressed? Came here because I adore Jockey Rush on my iPad, and wanted the full experience on the Mac.

In The Game you have two Options on the Race day (I Expect Mac is set like Windows Version) you can use the Jockey Instructions click to give jockeys Orders and click Take The Reins or easier still if you Got 1 horse in the Race there should be a Globe Mostly Green by Jockey click that.

Just in case this is the issue. On raceday when you get to your race there is an inset screen showing the runners. In that is a small blue box in upper right. Click the small blue box to get the jockey instructions dialog box.

A lot of folks miss this early on.
