i have installed the latest patch but cant find the new graphics with the cars and crowd etc. how do i get them on my game? do i have to start a new game for the option to appear or (hopefully) can i still continue with my current game |

You don't have to start a new game. I also didn't think they were in the new patch. Go to the game mods page and I believe there is a description of how to insert them there. |
