Just wondering if the potential ratings under primary stats is a reliable indicator of how good a horse can be. So far it seems to be the case for me. My best horse has the bar up till 80%.

I bought a G1 winning stallion which has till 95% and he went straight into the breeding barn. Hopefully the offsprings will have high potential bar.
