I don't think you can enter a horse more than 5 or 6 weeks out. Your breeding barn capacity should be the same as your stable capacity, which should be 100 horses. If you increase your stable capacity at the 'finances' page, then your breeding barn capacity should increase as well. If not, then you may have a bug.
