Impressed, you dont get many that good at 2.

Wow, impressive! Fast times for a 2yo, and its a gamebred. I'd love to have that one to breed to my mares and get some fast 5f 2yo's. I'm lacking in that category.

Yes, he is being entered in the Abbaye next, sorry, I had to look at the game, I dont know any of the races names, still a horse racing novice, greyhounds is my game :-)

Might be a silly question Ive tried the horse in race builder but the horse runs completely different to real game races. In a race he cracks out and leads all the way, in the race builder it has to come from behind and doesnt really get 5f against very average horses, best time 61sec. Why would there be a 5sec difference vs the real game times?

I know in GM2 the files didnt always export correctly, is it the same in SO4, should i try exporting a few times until i get the 'right file'?

Kind regards,

Lee

Amazing horse Lee.
Do you ever have a bet on the greyhounds in real life?
I love the greyhounds myself, I always get drawn back to playing GM1...not got GM2.

Just won the Abbeye race.

In the race I never use the jockey tactics options tbh.

So when I export against I dont pick any jockey options, should I?

Yep, I own greyhounds, have about 10 grehounds at the moment. The open race ones are called Farley Totti, Bubbly Phoenix, Bubbly Ebony and my new greyhound called Shaneboy Fantasy. We paid €21K for Shaneboy after it broke the track record around Shelbourne Park over 6-bends. This is a serious dog to back anti-post for all competitions in the UK in 2012\13 over 6-bends.

I am always having a bet on greyhounds, won 9 jackpots at different tracks, hence my nickname in the greyhound industry is Jackpot, even Gary Wiltshire calls me this at Sittingbourne dog track when I visit :-)

Regards,

Lee

oh yes mate especially if you put it in the lge i use even pace for most mine it suits them but i would use what ever tactics you use in the game

well done an the abbaye thats a perfect 2yo career see if he can defend his titles next season could be a 54sec horse next year

Yep, I was really good at the breeding side in GM2, if you look at the GM2 forum, there is a track records thread and I think I still have 9 of the 11 track records over the various distances :-)

I know SO4 is gunna be a lot harder though, especially as I am outside of my comfort zone.

Lee, do you ever bet on greyhounds to win or lay to lose?

Yep I have some large bets on greyhounds to win, primarily in the open races and live sky meetings.

I also have a Betfair account where I have laid dogs to lose recently.

Have you got a system?
I got a system off the internet from Chris Williams, I think he's called, laying the greyhounds, do you know him?
