Well I don't know if any of you remember my super filly...

She ended her career with 21 group 1 wins. Her first foal has come through recently and she looks like quite a nice one! Really looking forward to seeing how she does, I'm just a little disappointed she can't run in the Brocklesby!

Dont like them 1m3 horses hard to find a group 1 distance with them but best of luck with the filly

I know, me neither. I'm hoping she'll be as adaptable as her mother and be able to win over a variety of distances. The sire was also similar, he won G1's from 1m-1m4f winning and running well over a variety of distances in his 3yo and 4yo career. Fingers crossed she'll be a 1m2f horse who can also stay 1m4f!

I've had success with those 1m3 horses by placing them in 1m2 races and setting the jockey to Even Pace, Challenge Early.

You COWARD! Why didn't you race that filly in more open races?

But seriously, good job.

I love my versatile horses. I had one that won G1 races from 1m4f to 2m4f as a 4yo.

She looks nice, I haven't ever been able to breed one to get a variety of longer distances. 1m-1m2f seems to be my speciality!

She did win the Dubai World Cup and the Lockinge the next season against the colts before she was retired to breed with that horse. But I actually had another two really good 1m and 1m2f colts (3yo and 4yo) who were winning all the open races so it seemed daft to ruin both of their unbeaten records so I just kept her to farming the fillies races instead.

A UAE Derby and a St Leger? That's an almost implausible double. Kudos :)

I know, I can't remember what made me keep progressing with the distance. Thing is, I have no idea what to do at 4? Shall I not race her until a G1 2m comes up or see how she goes over 1m4?
