four horses bought at auction three mares/ one stallion and retired to stud i am incurring breeding fees for each of these pairings - why is this please when I own the horses? |

Its always been like that even in so4, when you bread 2 horses regardless if you own both or just one, you still need to pay a fee for breeding, i think you would do the same in real life, could be wrong tho. |

thanks I never noticed on S04 noticed more on 5 I think as raising ££ on the breeding side. Getting into game now. |

No probs but the better the horses are the bigger the breeding fee is. |

I know! That said you get better prices when you sell better bred horses so it evens itself out I think got £5M for the last lot I sold. Held two or three back for racing and to put back into the breeding programme as that is what is keeping my little operation afloat! |
