Post subject:  How do i.....?

Before i go on i would just like to say i have no intention of playing in the league! (not enough time!)

If i come across a good horse in my game, or indeed breed a good horse, how do i go about saving this horse for use in another game? if someone could provide 'idiot' proof instructions it would be much appreciated, having had a decent 1st season in my game my 2nd season is a bit of a damp squib so i am just breeding and advancing to get a few decent horses with intention of using them in a new game.
Once i've saved this horse how do i get him into a new game?

Select retire to game pool on the horse screen. Advance to the next season, then on the new game go into the transfers screen (the one with the two arrows) select the horse and press import into game.

It's not hard, it's all done in game.

If i retire to game pool does the horse also stay in the current game?

...get through one night without you. If I had to live without you, what kind of life would that be?

No it doesn't. But you can do a cheat to make it: Select retire to game pool then on the last day of the season save the game, proceed to the next season (DON'T SAVE THE GAME) the horse will be in the transfer pool. ctrl-alt-del SO5 end the task in the task manager then re-open the game, it will be on the last day of the season, un-select retire to game pool and the horse will stay in that game and be in the game pool.
