Post well annoyed
Was in process of naming my new horses when the news reel caught my eye... some trainer had bought and un-named filly from me for 889k .. I never entered her in the auction, did not even look at auction cos i breed my own and have plenty of stable space, full capacity 100 stables, 28 in the breeding barn 12 in foal and 13 yearlings... so how the heck did the foal end up in the auction??

exact same thing happened to me except I didn't notice till the middle of the season! I noticed when I raced against "un-named" and noticed it was bred from my horses.

The auction button does seem to be faulty at the moment as it seems to also not enter horses in auction i have to click it multiple times sometimes.

I enter my horses for auction, save the game, then go to auction if they're not there immediately close the, reopen and they'll still be entered into the auction and usually are there too.

It's such a shame that when some of your horses go up for sale that the trainer who purchases them can't rename them that way at least they would be named, also, I feel your pain but doesn't it make it harder when A1 trainers have some superstar bred horses as well

Are you SURE you have enough spaces in your stable. If you don't then the horses you have no space for will be automatically sold.

100 capacity stables.. 1 horse in it at end of season with 21 out to grass... start of season gives me 22 plus the 12 (should have been 13) new 2 year olds, so that is 34 in my stable so even with the breeding barn i am well under 100!

Thing is the 2 year olds i do have don't look much cop!.. Am into season 7 (i am small fry compared to some!) Think i will not breed any or race my new 2 year olds, will just race my 2 home bred 3 year olds rated 115 and 111 as 2 year olds both G1 winners, Then save best horse to game pool and start a new game with 6 of my best (apparently 6 is the most you can put in a new game) This time i will keep my eye on the beginning of season auction! Have also noticed at start of season some of my horses have had the 'A' auction icon by their name even though i had not entered them into auction!
